Sales Team Leader
Tommy is intense! Foreign service background: Both of his grandfathers worked in the U.S. Department of State for 25+ years, his brother served as a Captain in the USMC, and as a kid, Tommy tagged along with his parents, living in five different countries abroad.
Professionally engaging in his career in 2001, Tommy went on to individually contribute more than 1,000 individual residential transactions in the last 20 years including more than $125 million in sales transactions and managing more than $1 Billion in single family residential assets while establishing himself in the top 1% of individual residential leasing agents worldwide.
After a 16 year commitment to the family real estate firm which was sold to a large real estate corporation in 2017, Tommy revved up his entrepreneurial spirit and launched Chambers Theory – named for his personal theory of the psychological and economic influences in real estate decision making. In 2019 Tommy became member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, and he formalized a partnership between his PropTech firm, InspeQt, and CentrIQ for use of a smarthome app that promises to disrupt the residential property management marketplace.
A father of three, a dedicated and grateful husband, and an enthusiastic philosophy on life: “Carpe Diem… Every Diem!” – These are the driving forces behind the passion in which Tommy continues to shape the future through his real estate career path.
Sales Team Lead, Listing Specialist, Associate Broker
Lindsay Curtis is an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Distinctive Real Estate. Lindsay Curtis was born and raised in Ashburn, Virginia and has continued to live in the area, now residing in Herndon. After graduating from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business with a Marketing degree and a Real Estate minor, she began working at McGrath Real Estate. With her marketing background she began working in the Leasing Department and assisted landlords with marketing their homes with a focus on online listing and advertising techniques.
Now a member of the Top Producer Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Lindsay focuses on helping buyers, sellers and investors make smart real estate decisions as part of RE/MAX Distinctive Real Estate. Her top priority is to make your experience as stress free as possible all while maximizing your real estate goals.
When not working in real estate, Lindsay likes to spend time with her husband, daughter and her two wire fox terriers, Dash and Violet. She enjoys spending time outdoors but is known to binge watch some Netflix, experience new restaurants and breweries in the area and be with her close-knit family.
Sales Team Lead, Buyer Specialist, Realtor
A native of the area, Marc has spent nearly his entire life in Northern Virginia, minus his college years at Virginia Tech and a quick “post-college” stint in Charlotte, NC. Although originally from Reston, Marc has lived in many cities, neighborhoods and zip codes in “NOVA”, creating a true awareness and understanding of many areas in the DC Metropolitan Area.
Marc’s personal and professional goal in Real Estate is to provide exceptional customer service and treat all clients engaged in the stressful action of buying or selling a home how he would want to be treated. He believes the most important first step in the real estate journey is to personally relate to each and every client specifically, as different people will have different expectations. Next, his goal is to provide as much information, insight, personal experience and consulting to his clients to set them up for success, all while accommodating their most critical needs.
As a lifelong resident of Herndon, Virginia, Brian has many ties to the area, along with all the knowledge he needs to help you make the right decision for your future when selecting your next home or selling your current one! In 2020 Brian joined RE/MAX Distinctive Real Estate. Brian is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), is a member of the Multi-Million dollar sales club, and in 2016 was a member of the Top Producers Club.
Brian describes his work ethic as determined and dedicated. Along with Real Estate, Brian has worked within his community for several years as a previous high school baseball coach at Herndon High School. Brian attended Shepherd University, where he received his Bachelors Degree in Sports & Event Management while also playing for the Shepherd Rams Baseball team. His hobbies include constantly growing his career in real estate, his family, hiking, camping and sports.
Heather is a Realtor with the Chambers Theory Sales Team and excels at her attention to detail and personalized approach to everything she does. In addition to being the top Leasing Specialist Agent, her excellent communication with owners, agents, tenants, and new clients puts her in a category of her own. Heather specializes in marketing of clients rental and sales properties. She will assist clients with the transaction coordination from setting the appointment through the leasing/sales process.
Heather lives in the Gainesville area with her fiance and three daughters and her dog. You may catch her at a concert at Jiffy Lube Live during the summer!
Realtor, Embassy Specialist
Jen is smart, resourceful, and the ultimate professional. Jen is a licensed Realtor and specializes in Embassy-Leasing and transition assistance as well as exemplifying that “care” goes a long way in real estate whether selling a $1 million home or renting a $2,000/month condo.
Jen and her family (4 kids!) are posted here in Virginia through the Canadian Embassy (her husband was assigned to a Canadian cooperative military program with the U.S. joint chiefs of staff in the Pentagon). We’re lucky to have Jen on our team and we’re making plans to keep her on the team long-term!
Marci resides in Leesburg with her husband and 2 children on their farm. After a career in corporate she and her husband spent 8 years operating a successful wedding venue. Marci is active in the Leesburg community and schools and is very committed to charity work. Over the years she and her husband have enjoyed designing, renovating and building homes. This cultivated her love of houses and design and ultimately led to her career in real estate. As a long time resident she brings a wealth of knowledge about Loudoun county and its communities and valuable experience with farms and larger properties. She loves to envision the potential in each property and enjoys building relationships and helping clients realize their dreams.
As an avid equestrian she spends her free time riding on their farm or traveling with her family.
Born in Texas, he has been a resident of the National Capital Area for over thirty years.
When asked how he got into the real estate business, he replies, “My father was a government contractor, and as a result, we relocated frequently. Fortunately, my parents saw my interest in the process and allowed me to see the process up close; new construction to higher priced housing markets, my interest was piqued at an early age.”
He is a proud alum of West Virginia University and in his previous career, was an IT professional and consultant to government and private sector clients.
In 2015, he obtained his Virginia Real Estate License. Later the following year, he and his wife moved to their dream home in Loudoun County, where they currently reside with a toddler, newborn, and loyal dog.
As a native of Northern Virginia, Jean can provide an extensive knowledge of the local housing market. She resides in Fairfax with her husband and 9 years old boy/girl twins. Jean is bilingual, which allows her to serve a variety of clients. Her love for designing and renovating led her to a career in real estate. Jean’s passion is to help people with one of the most financially challenging and emotional decisions of their life. Her mission is to ensure that all clients have the best experience whether they are leasing, buying or selling. As well as to provide the same level of care for everyone client. Jean strive to build good relationships and truly understand the specific needs of each client.
